There is absolutely nothing luxury about these units especially the "Caribou". The unit is small and dark with no view due to the fact that there are barely any Windows. The only view we had was of a tree, the loading zone for the grocery store and the ashtray of the unit next door containing approx 100 cigarette butts and all the rest that had been flung in to the guttering. It was quite disgusting. We were looking forward to the Jacuzzi but it was old and not clean. We paid to go to the Scandinaeve spa instead. The heating was very difficult to control, it was either excruciatingly hot upstairs and cold downstairs or just cold both up and down. Before we left this morning a random person let herself into the unit without any forewarning and seemed surprised to find us there, who was this person? The unit is centrally located in the village but this does mean you hear all the drunk Australians on their way home after a night on the town.

If you don't go there are you are foolish. Whistler isn't just for extreme sports fans, the experience and general beauty of the place is enough to set you up for life. I could not ever say a bad word about th place, the experience will say with you forever. The rooms were very beautifully decorated, stylish modern and contemporary themes throughout the lodges. The beds are Very large and very comfortable you could sleep for days. And the views, WOW. I could nit recommend this plAce more than I already have. I guess you'll just have to see for yourself. It's one of those 'you need to see it, to believe it'moments. Trust me, I'm british.
